CallSathi is a software service delivered entirely online. No physical goods are sold, shipped or couriered, so no shipping charges apply.

1How the Service is Delivered

Instant activation

Your account is activated immediately once payment is confirmed. Dashboard access is available straight away.

Onboarding & setup

Number provisioning, WhatsApp connection and AI training are typically completed within 24–48 business hours.

Login credentials and a welcome email are sent to the email address given at signup. If it has not arrived within a few minutes, please check spam and then contact us.

2Service Area & Charges

  • • Available to businesses in India and internationally.
  • • No shipping or delivery charges apply — nothing is physically shipped.
  • • Subscription prices are shown on our Pricing page; Indian customers are charged in INR and taxes are applied as required by law.

3If Delivery Fails

If your account is not activated after a successful payment, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you in full. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
