3Fair Usage Policy

⏱️ Expected Average Call Duration: 4-5 minutes per call

AI conversations naturally take time. Calls consistently exceeding 8 minutes may be subject to review.

Prohibited Usage:

  • Spam calling or unsolicited bulk communications
  • Fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal activities
  • Harassment or abusive communications
  • Circumventing DND regulations
  • Reselling without authorization

7Refund Policy

  • • Partially used months
  • • Policy violation terminations
  • • Unused minutes at month end

8Limitation of Liability

Maximum Liability: Limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months.

Exclusions: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption.

AI Limitations: AI may occasionally produce inaccurate responses. Users are responsible for decisions made based on AI output.

9Termination

By You:

  • • Cancel anytime via dashboard or email
  • • Effective at end of billing cycle
  • • Data export available for 30 days

By Us:

  • • Violation of terms
  • • Non-payment for 15+ days
  • • Security risks to platform

10Governing Law & Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Disputes first resolved through negotiation (30 days), then binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Courts of Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
